Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations work on Lensdrop. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through. Cancellation takes effect immediately — you will not be charged again.
What Happens After Cancellation
When you cancel, your paid plan remains active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). You will not be charged again after cancellation. Once the billing period ends, your account will automatically move to the free plan.
Data After Cancellation
Your events, photos, and gallery links will remain accessible on the free plan, subject to the free plan's limits. Any features or storage beyond the free plan's allowance may become unavailable until you upgrade again. We do not delete your data when you downgrade — it stays safe.
Resubscribing
You can resubscribe to a paid plan at any time. Your existing data and events will still be there.
Account Deletion
If you want to delete your account entirely, you can do so from your account settings. Upon deletion:
- Your personal data will be removed within 30 days
- All your events, photos, and gallery links will be permanently deleted
- Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and accounting laws
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. We recommend exporting any data you need before deleting your account.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, India's DPDP Act, and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time, regardless of your subscription status. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
