How it works

From event creation to delivery. No Drive links, no spreadsheets. One place for you and a smooth experience for your clients.

  1. Create your studio & event

    Sign up and set up your branded page at yourstudio.lensdrop.app. Create an event (e.g. wedding, portrait session). Each event gets a unique 6-digit PIN. Share it only with your client.

  2. Upload photos

    Drag-and-drop your photos. We store smart-compressed versions (not full originals) and generate web-optimized gallery previews: 400px-wide WebP, max 80KB each, so galleries load fast on any connection. JPEG, PNG, and HEIC supported. EXIF metadata is stripped before clients see anything.

  3. Share the gallery

    Send the gallery link and PIN via WhatsApp or SMS. Clients don’t need an account. They tap the link, enter the PIN, and browse on their phone.

  4. Clients browse & select

    Clients open the link, enter the PIN, and tap to favourite their photos. When they’re done, they submit. You get a clean list of selected photos in your dashboard, with no back-and-forth on WhatsApp.

  5. You deliver

    Download selected photos as a ZIP or use the list to order prints through your lab. Clients only ever see compressed, web-optimized images, perfect for viewing and selecting on screen but not for printing. They can’t download full-resolution files or a ZIP, so they can’t print themselves. You can enable a watermark so any image they open or save in the gallery shows your logo and studio name. Prints stay with you.
