Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Lensdrop platform operated by Lensdrop ("we", "us", "our"). By using our service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Lensdrop provides a platform for photography studios to create events, upload and deliver photos, and manage client selections. We provide the tools; you own your content.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim any rights over your content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share the content you provide through Lensdrop.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Use the service for any purpose other than photography studio management
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell access to the platform without permission

Plans and Payments

We offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees (INR). You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Lensdrop available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will notify you in advance of planned downtime when possible.

Limitation of Liability

Lensdrop is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
