We'll show warnings at 85% and 95% of your storage limit so you have time to clean up, archive old events, or upgrade. We never delete your photos without warning, and we never overcharge you. You simply can't upload new photos until you free up space or upgrade.

Retention is the number of days your photos stay on Lensdrop after an event ends. The clock starts at the first photo upload, and we'll email you before anything is deleted. Delivering an event extends retention by 7 more days as a grace period. You can always download originals to your computer before deletion.
