We support JPEG, PNG, and HEIC uploads. Per-file size limits depend on your plan. You can drag and drop individual files, whole folders, or zip archives and we will process them. We store your originals and generate optimized previews automatically.

By default, clients see web-optimized previews (400px WebP, max 80KB) with your watermark, perfect for viewing and selecting but not for printing. On the Pro plan, you can enable client downloads per event, letting clients download their selected photos directly from the gallery. You control whether they get watermarked or original files. Prints stay with you unless you choose otherwise.

Clients browse the gallery, tap to select their favourites, and submit their picks. You get a clean list of selected photos in your dashboard, with no back-and-forth on WhatsApp.

On Pro galleries, guests can tap Find My Photos, take a quick selfie, and instantly see only the photos they appear in across the whole event. Great for weddings and large shoots where each guest just wants their own pictures. Selfies are used once for matching and never saved.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Photos are stored on enterprise-grade infrastructure with automatic backups. PIN-protected galleries ensure only your clients can access their photos.
